Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is stop operating out of your trauma. Some of you are literally stuck in it and you’re doing yourself a disservice. You have so many ways to be proactive, to grow and to most importantly, heal.
The more you sit in your pain, the deeper the pain and negativity will seep. It’ll almost become a part of your identity if you let it. You cannot sit in a constant state of negativity without becoming it. You embody what you feed energy to.
