I was a little thicker when I first got down here but I think that was birth control because it was in my tummy too. Now everything is pretty slim but I would love to have more accentuated curves.

I have maca and I’m sure that’ll help with keeping my fat deposits nice and thick but I have to figure out how to couple this with the training. What types of workouts do you do?

I do glute activation exercises before I start lifting but i love the leg press machine but the dead weight one. I also like deadlifts and squatting and raising one leg 90 degrees as i come up
