I just left a black owned (takeout) restaurant because instead of taking my order in a timely manner, the person working there decided to work on orders first. You never have your immediate customer waiting. Money walked out the door.

Especially at a food centered establishment. You take the next persons order even if the first persons order is still being worked on. I just. Whew. It’s not that we just suck. We just need more management skills.
