Your diet is the food you eat HABITUALLY. Not these get thin quick schemes, your EVERYDAY ALL DAY. I hate how diet has become synonymous with temporary restrictions when it’s really your lifestyle choices.

And it’s not hard if you start little by little and REPLACE the bad things with good things. Like opting for honey or agave over white sugar OR getting brown rice instead of white rice OR getting frozen vegetables instead of canned if you can’t get them fresh. Small but impact.

And PORTIONS. Your plate shouldn’t be majority meat. And fish/poultry > beef/pork. Small changes will make the impact.

You don’t have to have cheat days either. Eat what you like. Just do it in moderation. Don’t do anything in excess if it’s detrimental. Very simple rules to live by and you feel/see the difference before you even hit a gym.
