Ok so y’all started talking about BMs mental health because of Raz B. Imma just say this: At a certain point in your life the trauma you experienced becomes your responsibility to heal. You can continue to blame the people at fault and sit in the trauma or you can heal. Choose.
Call it harsh but many of us who are on the path to healing have had to make that choice. This is what people call “forgiveness”, but it is really fortitude or strength.

It’s the strength to come to terms with whatever your reality is being a part of your identity. Your trauma is a part of you. You must face it, get to the root of the behavior you express that you say is “just how you are”.
