It looked like a ghost town for years. It’s just started to come back to life a little but only because they started the gentrification process.https://twitter.com/BonaFideSage/status/1088846007343824896 …

It’s just a mess and sad as hell all the way around.
-
It’s done close to nothing. And all those new housing projects are gonna price people out of the area. The Bella is still empty.
-
And that new Stockton campus, all that land that was granted, it’s going to ruin a lot of lives.
-
Don’t even get me started on how badly they fucked that deal up. They’ve removed so many people from their homes for these half though out plans and they close within 5 years. All these empty buildings and they bulldoze more homes for this place? Ok
-
Hello! And they’ve granted land to this damn school that hits over the bridge. The only reason to give that much land and on that side is to change the population back to what it was. That was the white area of AC. They’re starting there then moving in.

Exactlyyyyy people don’t remember when the BHP was the white side and WHP was the black. That’s why most homeowners in Venice park and the west side are black. They’re gonna ruin that town
-
Ruin it. It knocked the wind out of me. It is majority Hispanic over by Richmond all the way over to Texas Ave. then there is an asian population by sovereign ave. Over the bridge by me there are still white families but also other cultures in those houses.

They’ve been moving into the inlet areas more and more. I think that’s where they’re gonna try to concentrate the gentrified areas first. By Gardner’s basin, the cove, those new homes in back bungalow park. They’ve been plotting on back Maryland for a while
