Before I start prepping or making anything I’ma post photos of all the staple ingredients going into it. Some things I just picked up on the way and the things that just stood out to me that I had to add.

The meat is basically done and all I’ll need to do is throw it back in the oven towards the end to get the color/texture I want. Onto the yams and crab stuffed mushrooms.
