I love being on the scene. I love doing stuff. I love activities. I don't think it's abnormal, but I get asked how I have time for all "that stuff" with a 9 to 5, at least once per month. And, um... whatchu mean lmao.

I mean, I get at least 6 hours of sleep each night. I take my Vitamin D and maca root. I meditate, use the caffeine+shower combo for a boost when necessary, etc. My mom is energetic, maybe it is hereditary.

Oh yes. Take your caffeine in whatever form, then 15-20 minutes later, get into a cold shower for about 3-5 seconds and quickly turn it to a warm shower and carry on like normal. You'll be wired.

I’m gonna try this. What time do you typically go to bed? I’m trying to get on a good sleeping schedule because I’m getting a puppy

Between 8 and 10:30ish. I let my body go to sleep when it wants. I think my body chooses its sleep-time depending on what I ate that day. The heavier I eat, the later it wants to go to bed.
