So once you eliminate carbs your body begins to fuel off fat& burns it faster. I usually have eggs(with cheese), bacon, avocado for bkfast, salad w/ full fat dressing or a bun less cheese burger for lunch, salmon or any protein w/ veggies for dinner.

Mushrooms, spinach , cauliflower, kale, broccoli, zucchini, squash, asparagus, green beans, onions & peppers, celery, cabbage, tomatoes....almost limitless
