I did it for like 2.5 yrs. It absolutely triggered my eating disorder lol. For a lot of ppl it can slide right into disordered eating (me) but not everyone

Were you finding yourself obsessing over it? What diet have you found to work for you?

Yeah. I knew I had to figure out something else when I was too afraid to cook/lick cake batter w/my niece. I eat mostly low carb now but I don't count and I let my body be. I was too married to a size and i was killing myself to maintain it. also dairy free but bc old lol

I love cheese and ice cream. I think I could do it successfully. I just have to plan ahead because work. Do you meal prep? -
Ice cream/cheese and I are no good. If it isn't dairy free, it ain't for me. I do meal prep tho. I have 1 more thing to do for the week and I'm done. Meal prep is easy, I just give myself more leeway now, not everyday no carb
