    Your team shouldnt have to worry about telling you bad news. If they are worried thats on you. Dont expect to be informed or decisive if your team won’t talk to you. Your staff not telling you bad things is a good indicator that all is not well in team dynamics and communication.

    It's insane how many companies manufacture non-existent problems for a business model. Complacency and ineptitude is a business model, and it can work. You're still scum for wasting others money, and rationalizing it as 'them being uneducated, therefore I should profit'

    Many people that need help won't benefit from hearing the solution to their problem. Fact is, they're probably in that situation because they don't understand fundamental concepts that lead up to the solution. Fact-first openmindedness is the only cure.
