What do you think these officers do when they're told "no" by a prospective sexual partner, or a neighbor, maybe even a family member? Do they maim them, too? Deport these thugs back to whatever despot-ravaged country you please, they don't deserve to be here.

Totally agree

They've got to lose their jobs and be subject to criminal charges. Oh, and a major major major lawsuit is in order too.

I can't bear to watch video - did he refuse to get out, or just refuse to answer questions?
-
He refused to give his name, didn’t have a license plate on the car, didn’t hand over registration, drivers license and proof of insurance. Basically did not comply with the rules for operating a vehicle on a public roadway. After 20 minutes and tons of warnings,

I understand that he was refusing to do as he was told. I don't understand why a K9 was necessary. Was something wrong with the officers arms? Could he not first try and extract the guy from the car?
-
I’m not defending them, fyi. Nor am I a LEO. Only guess I have is they didn’t know if he had a knife or sharp up his sleeve, or a gun easily accessible. They had to have “control” over him before attempting to extract him from the vehicle. Only my speculation ~

They threw the dog in the cars windows for the sole purpose of messing the guy up. They feared for their safety, yet none of the officers appeared to have a weapon drawn? The guys an idiot for the sovereign citizen bit, but the cops committed the criminal act.
-
Just because someone has the legal right to open or conceal carry, doesn't give police the right to assume the worst and use excessive force.
-
Cops carry a variety of weapons and often instill fear as a tactic, putting people in a state of fear for their lives. How about if citizens responded the same?
