THEY DIDN'T NEED TO KNOW THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE PRINTER BECAUSE THEY HAD LOGS OF WHO PRINTED WHAT. THEY KNEW SHE'D PRINTED IT.

That said, *obviously* they should have re-typed the document - If they had sent electronic documents wouldn't have this issue.
