@GlennF crime does not, in fact, happen everywhere. Many places w/in any city have effective crime rate of zero. -

You saw the story? Most Americans think crime is much worse. It explains a lot: I didn’t realize everyone was misinformed.

I’m not a huge fan of PredPol as a product but that’s because I think they overcharge for what amounts to a hot spots analysis.
