What's even funnier about this is that she's going to sue the hospital four discrimination and wrongful suspension. This outrage culture is going to destroy society.

Imagine firing a nurse, a person we're desperately in need of, because they offended you.
-
I'd put good money on everyone being offended for someone else. The problem is of course there is no one else. Just a bunch of people feigning outrage

So even when everyone knows the context people still get mad/play the victim and she loses her job. Racism is in danger of loosing its meaning and becoming weaponised...moreso

I can’t say how I feel about this, but personal and professional lives should be separate. I remember when drug testing someone for pot was protested under the guise of what I do on my own time.

but just what was it that she actually did that harmed anybody in any way, that justifies losing her job?
-
Good point, like what's her contract say? Either way, suuuuuuuper racially charged and insensitive obvs. She'll probably go on resenting ppl of color for this, for like ever.
-
how? is dressing up as a person you admire racially charged? Obviously if she really really likes dianna ross she's not racist herself and dressing up as her what obviously not coming from a racist place. People should stop putting words in other people's mouths, so to speak.
