Google vegan food. In 2018 there are thousands of vegan restaurants, millions of vegan products in stores aside for the usual vegan food and there are ZERO excuses left to not be vegan.

Creutzfeldt-Jakob (Mad Cow) disease. You cannot sterilize against a prion disease by cooking your meat well. Eating brains is only safe for the undead. (Not making fun of a tragedy, but I think this should be a memorable lesson.)

The article on how the dish is prepared: "She shaves the fur off the top of the head and fries the head whole. The skull is cracked open at the dinner table and the brains are sucked out." Well-cooked my arse. In my country: GROSS NEGLIGENCE, MANSLAUGHTER (CULPABLE HOMICIDE)

Families that eat brains follow only certain rituals. "Someone comes by the house with just the head of a squirrel," Dr. Weisman said, "and gives it to the matriarch of the family. She shaves the fur off the top of the head and fries the head whole.

The skull is cracked open at the dinner table and the brains are sucked out." It is a gift-giving ritual. The second most popular way to prepare squirrel brains is to scramble them in white gravy, he said, or to scramble them with eggs.
