not from my perspective. this captures the double phantom lines of astigmatism. "unfocused camera" just looks like an unfocused camera.

Makes sense. The human eye's lens and cornea is structurally different from a camera lens and sensor/film.

this. how myopia works (length plus cornea bs ... plus dead ahead vs left, right, above, or below) has little to do with how camera lens works (or fails to). I learned on my dad's film SLR. "out of focus" just looks ... out of camera focus. nothing like what I see w/o glasses
