Well if he was representing a guy and this office routinely kept him out of jail after he took office snd then he killed two people seems like a problem

it would be a huge problem...if we were able to time travel and there was a law that anyone who will commit a crime in the future is not entitled to legal representation. Does SF have minority-report type technology?

Well the argument can be made did this parolee get special consideration in spite of the litany of offenses because of his prior representation

So the judges and/or parole boards were also in on this conspiracy to make sure the hit and run would happen as planned? hold up lemme go get my tin foil hat

Nit saying that. But why was he allowed on parole after all of the crimes he had committed while out on parole.

I mean unless there's a big conspiracy to keep this guy out of prison, then I'd imagine that's just how parole works. Perfectly fine to be in favor of stricter parole rules, but this really has nothing to do with Boudin

Well unless his office wanted special treatment since he represented the guy

It would be awesome if lawyers had access to a "special treatment" process that they could invoke any time they wanted to win their case. Let me assure you, they don't.
