    Finally got this to work!! 🎉🔬Using the FIJI plugins BIOP & BigWarp, and a groovy script... I morphed an Allen brain atlas .SVG onto an immuno (originally a .VSI image) and converted the regions to ROIs. Here's a video of the result 😁Thanks
