I was kinda angry actually, because I expect more of a goddamn international bank. The colors and the logo even seemed off to me, which I think is probably because it comes from a different department than normal, and they haven't standardized their look.

Reminds me of the rejection letter I got when I requested a 1-month deferment on a mortgage during the housing crisis. 'Dear__________, We reject to inform you.....' They couldn't even fill my name in.
