I have *67* videos in a copyright dispute right now. ALL of them fall under fair use & do not require approval. Can we all clap hands for @TeamYouTube giving 100% power to the claimant, allowing them to creating complete bullshit claims and abuse the system? With bots, I add.
..that this is happening. I have 67 disputes currently, if they all get rejected (likely), all these videos are no longer mine since I do not want to get my channel deleted through disputing a 'rejected dispute' because if I did do this, it would result in receiving a strike..

..due to an unjust system, since all the power is in the claimants court. Furthermore, these disputes still damage our videos even if in the unlikely occasion they're eventually released as there are viewing restrictions during a dispute on various videos..

...thus damaging the growth of the video and channel during a dispute, which can last up to a month as you are well aware. With all due respect YouTube, you are NOT doing enough for your creators who are increasingly being abused by a flawed system..
