Alright, I'm asking this because I've never had it and it just sounds strange to me. Not good, not bad, just confusing. Why Chicken and Waffles? Is it because waffles are like a breading? Do you put a sauce or syrup on it? Is it a special kind of waffles or chicken?

Do you like, get a fork full of both and eat that or do you do one than the other? Is it spicy chicken and the waffles help dull the spice? Do you eat the whole thing hot? Do you butter the waffles? Is it baked chicken? Is the chicken breaded? Do you shred the chicken?

I just genuinely don't understand. It's like if I independently had 100 people say "I'm having fried rice and hotdogs tonight" like that's a common food combo. I think it could be good, but they seem completely unrelated to me.

Maple Syrup goes surprisingly well with a lot of foods. So maple syrup and chicken works.

Really? Maybe I'm a bad Canadian but even with our 100% pure maple syrup, I rarely use it. I just don't think it's that amazing on many foods.
