My bet is on it being a new Smash game. I don't see any reason for Nintendo to be so secretive about it if it was a port. Also it's a new logo, if it was just a Smash 4 port then why make a new logo for it?

Been 4 years since the last one, a new one wouldn’t be out of the question though it does seem to have a similar art style to smash 4 (could just be the cinematic)
