HEY anyone who's really good at premiere pro that can spare some advice? have videos that get really choppy/fluttery after getting I import them to premiere. and keep on being choppy/fluttery after I export them. but look fine when original files are previewed in quicktime.
Echoing what everyone else is saying: check that the Sequence frame rate is the same as the source frame rate. When you dump the first clip into the Sequence it should ask if you want to change the "Sequence to match the Source." Select Yes.
