Oh wow, thanks for tweeting this, I just realized I didn't either. How are your view counts on that video? Mine are WAYYY down.
It had a pretty bad start. I rely pretty heavily on search discovery for views so it's not doing that terrible as of right now. Would probably be doing better if it had that subscriber push though.

Thanks for getting back to me man, I'm the exact opposite I rely almost entirely on the sub push, did you see that apparently if you got the video out this morning the notification "expries"? Does that imply that the notifications will officially NOT be sent out at all?

Yes. It seems like there was a bug that didn't allow notifications to go out. They fixed the bug, but will not be sending out notifications for the videos uploaded in that error period. Life is a toilet
