In defense of narrative let's plays, Jesse and Dodger doing Contradiction 100% and telling people to then go buy it is why it made it's 1/2

Money back. It was unknown till they played it and told people to buy it to support the devs, and the devs thanked them 2/2

I personally have bought multiple narrative games to support the devs after enjoying a Let's Play.

I just think the etiquette should be to leave some shit out, like the ending

I think leaving the ending in is fine if it has multiple endings. Knowing there are more paths and endings makes me buy it, for sure.

The line of "because he's a nice guy and knows what he's doing" for PieDiePie in your linked video is going to get you retroactive flack
