      PewDiePie is fully covered by fair use in this. Especially easy case considering the Firewatch website gives permission to make videos on it

      In defense of narrative let's plays, Jesse and Dodger doing Contradiction 100% and telling people to then go buy it is why it made it's 1/2

      I think there's a margin. REALLY small games could profit, but games like That Dragon Cancer fell over the margin.

          Yeah. There are for sure grey areas here. Legally you're in the right to play it, but morally I consider it pretty case-by-case.
