that's really strange! Ive got one too. Think there's any damage to the usb cable/use a different port?
My tablet pen stopped working so I bought a new one, and that one doesn't work either? Function keys on 21UX work fine. Any ideas @wacom ?

Was using a USB extension cable. I changed extension cables, and when that didn't work I switch ports. Still nothin :(
