I still need to pick this up. I was waiting for the dust to settle on all the moaning. I’m sure the direct will inspire me to go and buy a copy.

I was sceptical as well but I bought it and I was not disappointed. Last time I played a Pokemon game was the Gold/Silver Edition on Gameboy so maybe I am not that of a reference but I really enjoy sword. It's not perfect but it is entertaining and fun. :)

Hopefully it just means less filler in the full fat direct, and that they've got some good enough reveals ready to show that they don't need to put in Pokémon news to make it interesting
