I don't think Nintendo needs a 'Switch Pro' and would be better off working towards a next gen Switch years from now with backwards compatility instead. Can't really dismiss the idea though since the Switch Lite showed us trying to predict Nintendo is hard.

They probably don't. However I do see them having some pressure to put something new out to counter next-gen systems. Why not a Switch home box with overclockded internals? Same system, but the best home performance. That combined with Switch Lite is a solid combo.
