Yes. The original Switch does so I'd imagine this one would do the same. I don't want to test that right now cause im seeing how long the charge takes lol

I believe the issue with non-certified chargers is the power/video USB-c risked burning up the video output chip. Switch lite has a power only port. I haven't researched this much, so don't quote me.
