Well this is rather frustrating. I can't seem to "follow" any of the accounts I used to follow on #Twitch. With that so, I can't get notified thru my phone if @BobWulff or @_MissClick_ are streaming! What is this witchcraft?!
Are notifications enabled for the Twitch app on the system level? Go to settings > notifications > Twitch

Are you talking about on my phone? Then yes, I have checked and made sure they're on. If you're meaning my Twitch account on my app, I have your channel marked as following (

Well, it looks like I got it to work again. I just had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Just like turning it off back to on
