More interesting bits: • The footage is from CallofTreyarch's channel • The subtitles in Gustavo's video aren't even in english. So again, not his footage • Gustavo's video is just gameplay with no commentary. How could he possibly own the rights to that?

The channel's MCN supposedly bugged out and added every single video of his into ContentID by mistake. They've been trying to fix, at least, but I got my second claim AFTER they publicly spoke up so...whoops
Why would they submit all the videos to content ID claims in the first place? It's a no commentary let's play channel lol
I truly believe that people/companies should have to pay a fee to make a claim (even a small one like $5) or pay if it is a false claim (fine of $100+ or so)
