You could maybe buy another piece of luggage for carrying all the goodies on the plane, or find a local post office to buy a box and ship it all back (I've had that sort of problem of getting too much cool stuff on past trips to Japan).

Oh, lmao, now that's a problem. I once went with the nuclear option of throwing out socks and spare clothes the day before leaving to make enough room, which sucks but... priorities....
