Prediction: By the end of December, Pokemon Sword/Shield will have sold approx. 15 million copies. This is likely to be the biggest software launch that Switch has seen.

This prediction very well could be too high.....but....Mario, Zelda, Splatoon, Smash Bros., Fire Emblem and more.....are all breaking records on Switch for Nintendo. I certainly don't expect the next major entry in the Pokemon series to go against this trend.
