Part of the viewer-creator relationship is that the viewer feels like they are on that journey with the creator and almost feel a part in achieving the milestone when it happens. If nothing else, it’s nice to be able to check exactly how high the number is for curiosity’s sake
This is a valid concern as a viewer. Unfortunately, it has the complete opposite impact when things don't go so well for a channel
