Yes. I still use the launch iPad Pro and it still works amazing. Works even better if you have a Mac for apps like AstroPad and the upcoming Apple Sidecar feature. There are also plenty of apps that work great as a standalone. I mostly use Clip Studio

Learning curve for a little bit, but there’s so many ergonomic improvements with Procreate that I’m faster now used to it than I ever was in PS, which I used for 10 years previously- getting a handle on the gestures is a big help

(Pst Clip Studio is also a great photoshop alternative if you don't wanna learn a new UI just sayin)
