My guess is probably not a gym? Just since they all have looked 'stadium-esque' so far. But still possible! Otherwise it's also possible that this is in-town and the Rolycolys in the foreground are NPC type pokemon rather than wild pokemon. But I remain hopeful!!

I mean it wouldn't be a Pokemon game if there wasn't some offshoot cave stage. Probably a route to get to a town deeper in?
