The ONLY way I could get it working was by not having an SD card inserted, or and this is what I did in the end, re formatted my 512Gb SD card.

Ahh right, well as expected Activision has not got back to me. Even though I have managed to get it working, please let me know if you are able to do so also. Best of luck buddy.
