Holy crap, what IS this game? I've played a ton of Genesis, but I've never even seen this one. Doesn't look super great from screenshots, but what annoys you the most about it nowadays?

I used to play it all of the time back in the day. Now it controls like trash and in the first level there's a seemingly impossible jump that can only be made if you equipped your guy with the right equipment. It's very dumb lol
