Thx for acknowledging. First off: Yes the CHARGER isn't USB-C PD, that means you shouldn't use the charger with your devices (despite the fact, that it outputs 5V so they're fine - I used it too). But that doesn't mean that USB-C PD chargers won't work properly on the Switch.

Secondly: I wouldn't use third party stuff on the Switch docked AT ALL. But in handheld mode they are fine, really! Anker's Powerbank proof it even more really. They sell their Nintendo licenced Powerbank, which don't differ to their previous models, which are in fact USB-C PD.

Thirdly: The Switch itself is undeniably USB-C PD compatible. This has proven multiple times in the past. And for the charger itself being USB-C PD wouldn't make sense to have more than those two different outputs. (In fact, many smart phone chargers only have one output: 5V)
