Yo Twitter, I'm in the market for a new camera. I want to do more on-camera video and it's currently difficult because the camera I own doesn't have a retractable screen (I'm capturing myself). Somebody point a camera noob in the right direction.

If you’re asking Christian you should probably give a price range

Is this what you use AJ?

Nah, I use a Canon T5i (I need an upgrade, but, waiting for a decent consumer-level 4K camera from them w/ their AF tech) I have a few friends that use this though and they swear by it.

Same, AJ. My shortcut buttons on my T2i are starting to stick. Have my eyes on EOS R for my next campic.twitter.com/u91OBgGerA

I considered that & the RP but they both have concessions that turn me off, like, I want the dual pixel AF in 4K but they disable it & they’re weird with frame rates.

The R has dual pixel auto focus un 4k, making the $1000 extra it costs tempting lol
