No it isn't. Embrace ping communications and you usually get good teammates. Everyone needs to embrace team play, and stop going into multiplayer games so negative.

The ping system is great, but you're still at a MASSIVE disadvantage if you're playing with randos.

Nah. The comms system was built with team play in mind. Solo queueing pretty much destroys the point of the game.
