      Like I already enabled "Channel memberships" under the Status and features tab on my dashboard. It's working, though it only shows up in Gaming Youtube Their help page just says "yeah that'll happen" but doesn't explain why :S

      There should have been a prompt under the Channel Memberships tab that'll have you fill out at least one perk and then they'll review it and that should enable the join button.

      They may have not fully rolled it out yet. From my understanding, only people with a certain amount of members and/or 100k subs got the join button when they enabled it for me. Not sure if they've expanded it since.

      whoops, other way around SET UP CHANNEL MEMBERSHIPS is the Brazilian channel, with the step AJ described. The other one is the English channel. Effectively pointless
