So I checked my older phone and it got the notification for the video. And after some investigation my new phone force stopped YouTube (due to battery drain while working in the BG) and somehow that stopped me for getting the notification for your channel.

Though I don't know why YouTube ran by itself back again and pushed the notifications for the other channels. I'll blame Huawei for that
