My average video will get about 100-400 views depending on what it is, but then I'll make a guide video that will only get 1000 in the first month, then will hit homepages or search results and start picking up tens of thousands months or years later. I'd say that's passive.
i feel like you can get to a point where some of it is passive. There's a channel called "tieguy" or something that has 1 video about how to tie a tie that has 60 million views from guys just trying to learn how to tie a tie. That guy has achieved passive income lol

If you nail a seasonal &/or evergreen video or a tutorial for something ubiquitous I think that falls into the passive income territory, but, outside of that it doesn't feel passive to me. It's kinda just getting paid for your work over a longer period of time for the most part
