If it held the 70d and teleprompter I bet it would hold the m50, adapter, and lens.
Go to a store tomorrow and hold the m50, it’s shockingly small

You don’t need the adapter for a rebel. If you are already comfortable with a dslr I would stick with the rebel line.

I wouldn’t go under t7i. The dual pixel autofocus didn’t show up until the SL2, T7i, 77d, 70d, 80d.

The industry is shifting to mirrorless. I dont think there’s any benefits to using a DSLR anymore, especially for video. For you it’d just be a bigger body
