I'm not sure that they are, and I don't necessarily think they're doing anything wrong. Just, that tactic for views is not for me, personally, which is why I stopped watching most of their videos.

I still watch some of their videos and I'm still subscribed, and I want to be clear that I don't think it's a bad channel and that I'm a huge RT fan. I just feel the way the style of their reporting has pivoted since it's beginnings is not personally for me.
