Sometimes there appears to be a barrier of entry from the outside of a group, but I've found that a lot of the times it's a wall that I end up putting up myself. Of course, that's not ALWAYS the case, but most everyone I've come across has been super cool.
Politics aside, I like to think the creator community that I roll with is pretty open and inclusive. Maybe it doesn't seem that way from the outside?
