Hey, looking for honest feedback -- was this too teleprompter-y? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oe7Vc5K9kd0 … I'm afraid I'm reading more than delivering, and I'm debating skipping the prompter for my next video
You have to take it off the teleprompter, keep it in your brain for a sec, then let it come out naturally. If it just goes from the teleprompter to your mouth it'll just sound like ur reading. This'll probably require some jump cuts.

so like a chunk of the script just reads "TALK ABOUT HOW YOU FOUND OUT ABOUT COMMAND AND CONQUER" makes sense to improv this because I'll be talking about childhood memories, it'll come across really fake if it sounds like I'm just reading something

Yeah. Going off script a lot will probably help too. I don't use a teleprompter so I will read a line, memorize it, then say it. But when I say it, I might change a word or two to make it come out naturally. I try my best to speak it as if I'm talking to a buddy
